§1 Subject of the Regulations

1. These Regulations define the rules for providing services, liability, and staying on the premises of the Accommodation Facility and are an integral part of the agreement concluded by signing the registration card, as well as by making a reservation or paying a deposit or the total amount due for the stay. By performing any of the above actions, the Guest confirms that they have read and accept the terms of these Regulations.

2. The Regulations apply to all Guests staying on the premises of the Accommodation Facility.

3. The Regulations are available for review at the Reception and for download on the Facility's website.

4. The Facility reserves the right to refuse service to persons who do not comply with the Regulations.

§2 Accommodation Day, Reservation

1. The apartment/room is rented by the day.

2. Extension of the accommodation day is subject to availability and is only possible after prior confirmation of such a request at the Reception (additional fees may apply).

3. In case of failure to check out by 11:00 a.m., the Facility reserves the right to extend the Guest’s stay for another day, provided that the rented apartment has not already been booked during that time or earlier. Otherwise, the Facility has the right to remove items left in the apartment and store them at the Guest’s expense.

4. The Guest should notify the Reception as soon as possible if they wish to extend their stay. The Facility may refuse such a request in case all accommodation places are occupied or if the Guest has violated the current Regulations.

5. In case the Guest resigns from their stay during the accommodation day, the Facility will not refund the fee for that day.

6. In case of failure to cancel a reservation or failure to arrive at the Facility on the scheduled date, the fees specified in the offer conditions under which the stay was to take place will apply.

§3 Check-in

1. The apartment is rented only to the person or persons who have checked in for the specified apartment.

2. Between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., only registered guests may stay in the apartment.

3. The Facility reserves the right to register visitors to the apartment based on a valid ID document.

4. The Guest may not transfer the apartment to third parties, even if the period for which the stay has been paid has not yet expired.

5. The Facility reserves the right to pre-authorize a card or collect a cash deposit upon check-in equal to the total stay amount and an additional deposit to cover any extra services or charges related to the stay.

§4 Services

1. Upon the Guest’s request, the Facility provides free luggage storage during the stay.

2. Personal items left in the apartment by a checked-out Guest will be returned to an address indicated by the Guest at their expense. In the absence of such instructions, the Facility will store these items for three months from the date of their discovery at the Owner’s expense, after which they will be disposed of by commission. Food items will be stored for 24 hours.

§5 Guest Responsibility

1. Use of the Facility’s services must respect good manners and generally accepted social norms, including nighttime quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Use of the Facility’s equipment must comply with its intended purpose. For safety reasons, each time the Guest leaves the apartment, they should turn off the TV, lights, close taps, and lock the door.
In the event of behavior that deviates from accepted social norms, including aggressive, vulgar, or dangerous behavior threatening health, life, or property safety, the Facility reserves the right to refuse services.
If property belonging to the Facility is damaged or destroyed, the Guest bears financial responsibility for all such damages, including those discovered after departure.
The Facility reserves the right to charge the payment guarantee card for all incurred damages, including those caused by children or pets, notifying the Guest and providing photographic documentation and a repair cost estimate upon request.

§6 Facility Responsibility

1. If the Guest notices any damage to the property, they should immediately inform the Reception.

2. The Facility’s liability for the loss or damage of money, securities, or items of scientific or artistic value is limited unless these items have been deposited for safekeeping. The Facility may refuse to accept such items for safekeeping if they pose a security risk or are disproportionately valuable or large relative to the Facility’s standard.

3. The Facility’s liability is also limited if the damage results from the properties of the item brought in, force majeure, or if it was caused solely by the Guest or by a person accompanying, employed by, or visiting the Guest.

2. Public areas of the Facility are under video surveillance for the purpose of ensuring the safety of people and property. By accepting these regulations, the Guest consents to the processing of their image for this purpose. Surveillance data is stored for one month and provided only to authorized entities upon formal written request.
